'SuperMarket' is really a good and commendable effort from Gary Chaw, with songs that are very 'K' and songs that really stir your emotions. Loop and Loop. Emotionally-charged songs which beg to make you feel sad.

As the old and cliched saying goes, 'health is wealth'. It is only when the green man flashes rapidly and the red man threatens to appear when you really appreciate that without health, you really aren't anything at all. And you cannot enjoy wholeheartedly any good things that appear in your way.

Recently I bought 'Dr Mahathir's Selected Letters to World Leaders', a collection of his correspondences with world leaders such as his pal Jacques Chirac, George W Bush, Tony Blair among others. It is quite an interesting read as you can observe the style, patterns and the intended meaning behind the letters, though some people may find this book as boring as reading a thesaurus.
